Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they're looking for the driver of an SUV who hit a parked passenger vehicle in Tecumseh, Ont., on Lanoue Street, Sunday around 3 p.m. The SUV then rolled over near Rygate Drive, they added.

According to police, it resulted in an increased OPP presence in the town, and the SUV's driver fleeing the area on foot.

"Police searched the area extensively but did not locate the individual," OPP said in a statement, adding investigators determined the SUV was previously reported stolen from a Windsor home.

The suspect is described as a white man, around 5'9" who was wearing dark clothing.
