Orchard Road condo sells 20 units for over $3,000 psf
8 St Thomas, a newly completed freehold condominium in the heart of Orchard Road, has sold more than 20 units at average price of over $3,000 psf during an exclusive private preview last weekend, according to the project’s marketing agent CBRE.

It is also near major malls like Paragon, 313 Somerset, Takashimaya and ION Orchard, likewise for top-notch healthcare facilities such as Paragon Medical and Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
