Ousted Cricket South Africa chief calls for entire board of directors probe

Johannesburg, Mar 20(ANI): Former Cricket South Africa President Mtutuzeli Nyoka has reportedly called for the organisation's board of directors to be probed along with suspended chief executive Gerald Majola. "As much as we appreciate the process, Majola is not the only culprit," Sport 24 quoted Nyoka, as saying.yoka, who was ousted as CSA president after a vote of no confidence in 2011, was reacting to the board's decision to suspend Majola pending the outcome of a disciplinary hearing. Majola has been accused of pocketing 1.8 million out of 4.7 million rand unauthorised bonuses paid to CSA staff after the 2009 Indian Premier League and ICC Champions Trophy. An internal CSA probe headed by AK Khan, who resigned last week, had cleared him of charges. But the CSA board has suspended Majola. (ANI)
