Pang Ho Cheung reunites Zhou Xun and Huang Xiaoming

10 Nov – It was revealed that "Vulgaria" director Pang Ho Cheung has reunited "The Message" co-stars Huang Xiaoming and Zhou Xun in his new romantic comedy, Sina website reported.

Entitled "Everyone Loves a Tender Woman", Pang revealed that the movie is special to him as the script has been in the works for the last three years.

"I kept changing the screenplay. I think I have written probably more than 20 drafts before I said yes to filming it," said the director, who has directed the romantic comedies, "Love in a Puff" (2010) and its sequel, "Love in the Buff" (2012).

The 40-year-old director revealed that the inspiration came to him three years ago, when he saw a woman at the airport reading a Taiwan best-selling book about how to be an affectionate and fun loving woman.

In terms of the cast, Pang has chosen to work with Chinese actress Zhou Xun after directing the actress in the 2010 short film, "Devil Nail Clippers".

When asked about his leading man, Pang said, "After working with Huang Xiaoming in "Love in the Buff", I knew he was the best choice for the film's 'prince charming'."

"Everyone Loves a Tender Woman" will also star Taiwanese model Sonia Sui and Hsieh Yi-Lin.
