Park Shin-hye: "It wasn't me"
17 June – A rumour has been circulating in Taiwanese Internet community, saying Park Shin Hye has an arrogant attitude towards fans as the singer-actress was rumoured to have thrown away gifts from fans.
According to soompi website, Park Shin Hye went to Taiwan for cosmetic promotion activities last year, and rumours of her dumping off fan's gifts came out right after she left. Although there were fans explaining it might be so because she was too tired, most fans felt shocked by this.
During a promotion of her upcoming drama "Hayate the Combat Butler" in Taiwan a few days ago, Park Shin Hye denied the rumour.
When asked about the gift issue, the "Heartstring" actress stated, "I've never heard of this before. I did receive lots of presents whenever I came to Taiwan and I tried to bring them all back to Korea as long as they were handed into my hands. I even sent the presents back by mail since there were too many to carry with me."
Park Shin Hye apologised to fans, as she further added, "It might be the staffs' mistake that I did not receive any of those gifts, and I hope they could be more careful next time."
