Camper van concept for the outdoor fanatic. Peugeot released the Rifter 4x4 Concept ahead of the Geneva Motor Show. With the idea of creating a “multipurpose and effective” vehicle. The Rifter 4x4 Concept includes a 1.5-liter diesel engine with a 6-speed manual making 221 lb-ft of torque. The Rifter Concept utilizes 3 different driving modes. 2RM, for front-wheel drive. 4RM, transmission powers rear wheels in case of loss of motor function. Lock Mode, locking the rear axle for extreme travel. 16-inch rims are equipped with 4 high performance all-terrain wheels by BF Goodrich. The grey and yellow van includes Peugeot’s electric mountain bike eM02 FS Powertube. The concept has an Overland roof tent and a 2 rows of 50 LED lights that provide 300W of brightness on top of the windshield. Expect the Peugeot Rifter 4x4 Concept at the Geneva Motor Show this March.
