McDonald's celebrates their National Breakfast Day by giving away 100,000 of its iconic Egg McMuffin as part of a regional initiative, which also includes countries in Asia, Middle East and Africa. This is in part with the fast food giant's 'Get Up and Go' efforts to promote the importance of starting the day with breakfast.
