Changi Airport Group (CAG) unveiled plans for a mixed-use complex codenamed “Project Jewel” on Monday, after it was first mentioned by PM Lee during his National Day Rally. The complex will be built at the open air car park of Changi Airport’s Terminal 1 and will house an indoor garden complete with waterfall, shops and restaurants.
