Singapore’s Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) reached an all-time high for the second time this week when it hit 371 at 1pm on Thursday, smashing the record set on Wednesday night when the index rose to 321. The index fell from that “hazardous” range of over 300, but the movements seem to indicate that the haze situation in the city-state is here to stay.
