Singapore GP launches ‘Fit for Racing’ to give fans insights into driver training

Singapore GP launches the ‘Fit For Racing’ fitness challenge, an inaugural initiative that gives fans insights into the rigorous training Formula One drivers go through. Leading up to the Formula One Singapore Airlines Grand Prix 2015 on 20 September 2015, an eight-week video series will be released online, showcasing different workouts that F1 drivers do.

Giving the public an opportunity to get involved, there will be a ‘Fit for Racing’ challenge on 22 August at the F1 Pit Building from 8.30am. With limited slots of only 600, registration is free and on a first-come-first-served basis. Here are some photos of what's going to be in the video workouts.
