Roses are red, violets are blue, make me a pickle bouquet IMMEDIATELY. Last year, Grillo’s Pickles unveiled a Valentine’s Day bouquet made with dill spears, hot spears, whole dills, dill chips, bread & butter chips, hot chips, and half-sour pickles. Now people are re-creating it for the person in their life who can’t get enough of that vinegary bite.

These bouquets might look detailed and time-consuming, but they’re actually super easy to make. Grab a variety of pickles, put them on skewers, and place them in a vase. You might want to use a Styrofoam ball to keep the skewers sturdy.

To fill the space in between the pickles (and to make the bouquet even tastier), you can add tomatoes, cheese, peppers, olives, and pickled vegetables. Go wild and your bouquet will look like a charcuterie board!

We don’t have anything against flowers — it’s just that, hello! It’s pickle bouquets! Plus, we bet buying the items to build one is a whole lot cheaper than that $75 flower arrangement you send to your valentine every year.
