Hyderabad, Sep 27 (ANI): All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on September 27, criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the site of under construction building of new Parliament.“As per Supreme Court judgment, Parliament is the basic structure of the Constitution. The Theory of Separation of Powers says the executive can't interfere in the activities of the judiciary or legislature. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a part of that executive,” said Owaisi. He added, “If PM Modi goes alone and inspects construction of Parliament, I believe it's wrong. It's a violation of Theory of Separation of Powers. Speaker of Lok Sabha is custodian of the House. Why wasn't he with PM Modi? PM should not have gone alone.”
