The police say they are looking into another video depicting gang-related chanting in public. The short clip uploaded to Theindependent.sg’s YouTube account shows a funeral procession in which men chant “Hai Lok San” repeatedly, referring to the 108 Hai Lok San gang.

This comes days after the police arrested seven individuals who shouted the slogan of the 369 gang during another funeral.

In response to Yahoo Singapore’s queries, the police said: “The police are aware of the video and are looking into the matter. Police take a stern view of gang-related activities and will continue with our tough enforcement efforts and come down hard on those who choose to be associated with gangs.”
