Pomex Court at Joo Chiat to be launched for collective sale
Pomex Court at Joo Chiat will be launched for collective sale by tender on Feb 22, according to marketing agent Century21 Singapore.
The 26,741 sq ft freehold site along Lorong 101 Changi has a reserve price of $37 million. That works out to $998 psf per plot ratio, based on a gross floor area of 37,059 sq ft. The site is zoned “Residential” with a plot ratio of 1.4 under the 2014 Master Plan.
Completed in 1986, the existing development at prime district 15 has 19 units between 872 and 1,668 sq ft. If Pomex Court is successfully sold at its reserve price, the owners of each unit could garner a sum of between $1.5 million and about $2.3 million.
