'You’ll Be Glad To Know, Probably Not!’ Harry’s Honesty When Asked If He’ll Be King

Prince Harry was put on the spot by a cheeky schoolboy who asked him if he would ever be king - but he gave the perfect response.

The 31-year-old was paying a visit to Lambs Lane Primary School in Wokingham while filming a special edition of Sky Sports show Game Changers when pupils were invited to ask him questions.

Nine-year-old Tristan put the party-loving prince on the spot, asking him: “Are you ever going to be king?”

Instead of politely skirting over the issue, Harry replied: “That’s the question everybody wanted, let’s be honest!”

The children started laughing but were audibly disappointed when Harry added: “You’ll be glad to know, probably not.”

Tristan also looked down about the prince’s response, causing Harry to add: “Oh look at the disappointment! I love that. I’m going to give you a high-five.”

The schoolboy added: “I just want Prince Harry to do what he wants, so what he really, really wants. And yeah I think it’d be a fun experience for him to be king.”

Harry recently unveiled the UK’s team for the Paralympics-style 2016 Invictus Games for injured servicemen and women and veterans.

Game Changers aims to inspire children and get them involved in sport.

Sky Sports’ Game Changers Invictus Special is available to download on demand now, and will air on Friday April 29 at 5pm on Sky Sports 1.
