Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal duties to end March 31
The date that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will wave goodbye to the monarchy has been shared with the public, and it is coming up quite quickly. As of March 31, the couple will be formally stepping down as senior members of the royal family, confirmed a spokesperson for the couple.
Translated: the pair will no longer be undergoing royal duties on behalf of the Queen.
While they keep their HRH titles as a formality, there are still some details to iron out regarding the use of the word 'royal,' as part of their Sussex Royal branding.
However, we can expect to get an answer regarding that later in the year, alongside the launch of their new non-for-profit organisation, which will be representing the two from April 1.
While there will be quite a few changes for the new family in the next few months – they are moving their office out of Buckingham Palace, and Harry's honorary military positions will be suspended – all of the new arrangements will be reviewed after 12 months.

The Sussexes plan to still work in areas that are important to them: for Meghan, that's women's empowerment, gender equality and education, while Harry tackles work involving servicemen and women's welfare, conservation efforts and HIV-related issues.

We will still see a fair bit of the couple in the coming months, as they are slated to attend six events in the UK, over February and March. For now, they are spending time in North America with their son – arguably the cutest royal of them all.
