Property agents have been in the news recently following the launch of a new Industry Transformation Map that aims to make salespersons more accountable by publishing their customer ratings and transaction histories. The move has been welcomed by both real estate agencies and consumers, with ERA Realty saying that it is fully supportive of the government’s initiative to move the industry forward.
The roadmap will take effect in the near future, but in the meantime, we’ve come up with an easy guide on the qualities you should look for when searching for a good real estate agent.
