Le Quest, Qingjian Realty’s first mixed-use development in Bukit Batok, will be opened for preview this weekend (22 July).

Set to be completed in November 2024, the project will feature five 12-storey apartment with 516 residential units, 6,000 sq m of retail space, a childcare centre and carparks.

Notably, there will be 36 studio units and 96 one-bedroom units. The rest are two- to four-bedroom units.

Unit sizes range from 431 sq ft to 1,528 sq ft, while prices start from S$588,000 for a studio unit and S$1.38 million for a four-bedroom unit.

Facilities include a 50m lap pool, family pool, kids pool, gym, sky BBQ and dining pavilion. There will also be a clubhouse, maze garden, putting green, therapy pool and kid’s pavilion.

Nestled in a 14,696.7 sq m site, Le Quest is just an eight-minute drive from Singapore’s future second CBD, the 360ha Jurong Lake District and the KL-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) terminus.

The project is also near Bukit Batok Nature Park and Bukit Batok Town Park.

Le Quest will be launched on 5 August.
