Rachel Bilson: O.C. reunion would be fun

Rachel Bilson thinks an O.C. reunion would be “fun”.

The actress delighted viewers as Summer Roberts in teen drama The O.C., which ran between 2003 and 2007.

Mischa Barton and Adam Brody also appeared on the series, and Rachel could well imagine teaming up with the cast again.

"If everyone wanted to do it, I'm sure it would be fun," she smiled to Us Weekly.

The 31-year-old brunette has been keeping busy with new projects such as comedy-drama Hart of Dixie.

Despite dating her former co-star Adam for three years, the pair haven’t really spoken since breaking up in 2006 and the end of the show.

When asked about who she still keeps in touch with she answered: "Just Josh Schwartz, who was the creator."

Other stars to consider the possibility of a reunion include her ex-boyfriend Adam, who played Seth Cohen.

"Sure, [I'd do it]," he told GQ. "That'd be funny."

However, in another interview, he also considered it would be like a “high school” get together.

Peter Gallagher, 57, played Adam’s onscreen father, Sandy Cohen, on The O.C.

He also previously expressed an interest in a revival of the show.

"The crazy thing about that show is, every day I hear from people all around the world still - either on Twitter or Facebook - [talking] about Sandy Cohen, about The O.C.,” he said.

"People are watching it for the first time, [saying,] 'God, I wish Sandy were my father.' They all ask that same question: 'Will there be a reunion?' So, never say never."

Others not so enamoured with the idea include Mischa, who played Marissa Cooper, and Benjamin McKenzie, who portrayed bad boy Ryan Atwood.

Benjamin insisted the cast have “moved on”, while Mischa claimed it was not something any of them were “looking for”.

    5 Unanswered Questions About Jesus

As Christians worldwide gather for Easter to celebrate their belief in the death and rebirth of Jesus, researchers continue to delve into the mysteries that surround the man. The following are five questions about Jesus that, for now, at least, remain unanswered. In 2008, astronomer Dave Reneke argued that the Star of Bethlehem (a celestial event long associated with Jesus' birth) may have been Venus and Jupiter coming together to form a bright light in the sky. Other researchers have claimed that a similar conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter occurred in October of 7 B.C. Still others have claimed that Jesus was born in the spring, based on stories about shepherds watching over their flocks in fields on the night of Jesus' birth — something they would have done in the spring, not the winter.
