Rahul Gandhi wants people to 'come and rape Indians': BJP MP
Amid bedlam in the Lok Sabha on Friday over Rahul Gandhi's 'Rape in India' remark, the Bhartiya Janata Party leader Locket Chatterjee tore into the former Congress president saying that Rahul is 'welcoming everyone to come and rape us'.
‘This is an insult to Indian women and to Bharat Mata,’ the Member of Parliament (MP) from Hooghly added.
The Union Minister Smriti Irani, who defeated the Congress scion from Amethi in the 2019 general elections, also slammed Rahul’s remark.

The Wayanad MP on Saturday had said the international community was ridiculing the country and India was now known as the 'rape capital' of the world, leading BJP leaders to demand an unconditional apology from the Congress leader.
