PEKAN: Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's wife Datin Seri Utama Anggraini Sentiyaki was among 167 recipients of state awards and medals conferred in conjunction with the ruler, Sultan Ahmad Shah's birthday.
The awards and medals were conferred by Regent of Pahang Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, during a ceremony at Istana Abu Bakar this afternoon.
Anggraini was among 21 recipients of the Darjah Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP) award, which carries the title "Datuk Seri".
Other recipients of the SSAP award included Pahang legal adviser Datuk Shamsulbahri Ibrahim, state Rural Development, Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Committee chairman Datuk Shafik Fauzan Sharif, state Felda Affairs Committee chairman Datuk Abu Bakar Harun, state Youth and Sports Committee chairman Datuk Mohd Johari Hussain, state Health, Human Resources and Special Functions Committee chairman Datuk Norolazali Sulaiman, state Women and Family Development, Communication and Multimedia Committee chairman Datuk Shahaniza Shamsuddin, and state Islamic Religions and Special Tasks Committee chairman Datuk Syed Ibrahim Syed Ahmad.
Also conferred the award were Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Amer Awal, Universiti Malaysia Pahang's vice-chancellor Professor Datuk Dr Daing Nasir Ibrahim, Social Security Organisation (Socso) chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Dr Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammed, senior assistant commissioner Datuk Mohd Jasmani Yusoff, Wirajaya Tuah Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Azman Ismail, Kotamas Development (M) Sdn Bhd Datuk Wong Haw Ran, Datuk Zul Hisham Zainal, Tabung Haji Board senior general manager Datuk Syed Saleh Syed Abdul Rahman, Kharisma Wira Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Azri Murad, Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd CEO Darwis Abdul Razak, Pancaran Bumi Mas Sdn Bhd managing director Mohamad Sulaiman, Linton University College Executive Director Raizan Abdul Razak,and Singaport Technologies Engineering Pte Ltd manager Lim Seng Hock.
Five individuals received the Darjah Sri Indera Mahkota Pahang (SIMP) award, which carries the title "Datuk Indera".
They were Apex Capacity Sdn Bhd managing director Tengku Datuk Yusof Tengku Zainal Karib, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) deputy director-general (operations) Vice-Admiral Datuk Mohd Taha Ibrahim, Datuk Mohd Nizom Sairi, aide to Pekan MP Datuk Zainal Abidin Pa'wan and the Prime Minister's Special Officer, Datuk Mohd Aripin Daud.
Twelve people were conferred the Darjah Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (DSAP) award, which carries the title "Datuk".
Among them are Federal police's Commercial Crime Department deputy director (investigations, operation, cyber crimes and multimedia) Deputy Commissioner Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin, Federal police's Management Department deputy director Datuk Mohd Roze Shaari, the Customs Department deputy director-general Datuk Paddy Abd Halim, Sungai Buloh Hospital Orthopaedic and Traumatology Department head Datuk Dr Zamyn Zuki Mohd Zuki, the Home Ministry's deputy secretary-general (bilateral affairs) Raja Nushirwan Zainal Abidin, and Ibam Mining Sdn Bhd director Tong Yuw Choy.
A total of 76 individuals received the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) which carries the title "Datuk".
They included popular actor and director Aaron Mustapha Aziz, popularly known as Aaron Aziz, Felcra Bhd CEO Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, National Hydraulic Research Institute of Malaysia director Professor Dr Nasehir Khan E.M. Yahaya, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's political secretary Dr Ahmad Masrizal Muhammad, FKX Film Sdn Bhd film producer Farid Kamil Zahari, Federal police's Forensics and DNA Databank Unit head Senior Assistant Commissioner Hussein Omar Khan, and Pahang Forestry Department deputy director (operations) Mohd Basri Abdul Manaf. Six people received the Pingat Setia Ahmad Shah Pahang (SAP) award, eight individuals were conferred the Setia Mahkota Pahang (SMP) award, and 20 received the Ahli Mahkota Pahang (AMP).
In addition, six individuals received the Pingat Khidmat Cemerlang (PKC) and 13 received the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK). © New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd
