EDMUND TIE announced on 5 July that they have completed the sale of Robin Drive property to Robin Development Pte Ltd at $17 million.

Strategically located at Robin Drive, the property sits on a 951.8 sq m (approximately 10,245 sq ft) regular plot. There is also the opportunity to purchase an adjacent strip of State land of approximately 16.2 sq m (approximately 174 sq ft), bringing the total land size to 968 sq m (approximately 10,299 sq ft). Under Master Plan 2019, the regular shaped site in which the Robin Drive Property sits is zoned for Residential use at Plot Ratio 1.4.

The Robin Drive property is an ideal site for an upscale boutique development of up to 13 units based on an average unit size of 100 sq m.

The Robin Drive property enjoys excellent accessibility and convenience at its doorstep, being located within walking distance (200m) to Steven MRT Interchange. In addition to being in close proximity to a host of amenities including recreational clubs, supermarkets and eateries, the property is surrounded by a string of elite schools.

In early March, EDMUND TIE announced that they are handling the sale of 6A/B/C Robin Drive. Besides the Robin Drive property EDMUND TIE also closed the en bloc sale of 2, 4 and 6 Mount Emily Road comprising three adjoining 3-storey residential buildings. The sale being the first collective sale of the year, went to ZACD International for $18 million.

Orchard Shopping District is really close by to the Robin Drive property. It’s only three minutes away by car if you take Stevens Road. Knock yourself out at world-class shopping malls like Paragon, Forum, Wisma Atria, Delfi, Ion Orchard, Takashimaya, and others. Similarly nearby are Raffles House Preschool, Overseas Family School, Agape Little Uni, and Catholic Junior College.

Mr Ho said, “Although District 9 properties are generally more expensive, it does not mean that it is out of reach for the right home buyer. The prospective buyers have to do the right research and see if they can get a right loan for their purchase.”
