Hailing all the way from Europe, LEC team Rogue made a remarkable debut on the Worlds 2020 stage as they completely obliterated PCS favorites PSG Talon.
After spotting three members of Rogue on the bottom lane, PSG initiated a fight against the LEC third seed. Ling “Kaiwing” Kai Wing’s Nautilus may have hooked Oskar “Vander” Bogdan’s Rakan, but Rogue pulled off an epic wombo combo to counter PSG’s initial attack.
Steven “Hans Sama” Liv quickly saved his support partner by casting Kalista’s ultimate, Fate’s Call. After getting hurled towards Kaiwing, Kim “River” Dong-woo, and Park “Tank” Dan-won, Vander’s Rakan used his second ability Grand Entrance to knock up the trio. As if the crowd control wasn’t enough, Finn “Finn” Wiestål’s Malphite landed a three-man Unstoppable Force which rendered PSG airborne. Emil “Larssen” Larsson’s Lucian finished the fight by picking up the easy kills for the team.
The game ended in less than 30 minutes, with a deathless Rogue holding a whopping 14.3k gold lead against PSG.
Congratulations to @Rogue, for the 14th time in Worlds history, a team finishes a game deathless! The last time was in 2018 Play-Ins, when DetonatioN FocusMe beat @kabumesports with 7 kills to 0! #Worlds2020— LoLEsports Stats (@LoLEsportsStats) October 3, 2020
