Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II makes its Southeast-Asian debut in Singapore

Launched in 2018, the very first Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the brand's first High-Bodied Vehicle, rocked the world and upturned the notion that the storied marque was incapable of change.

Back then, not very many understood this shift in Rolls-Royce Motor Car's product offensive, especially those who were hung-up on with the notion that a super-luxury vehicle had to take the traditional three-box form.

However, six years on, the Cullinan has proven to be the top-seller for the brand as it not just attracts new (and younger) owners into its fold, but also offers an "effortless, everywhere" super-luxury vehicle to existing owners.

After all, it was the perfect daily-drive Rolls-Royce, especially given its waft-worthy 6.75-litre V12 could transport its owner from bustling city to the tranquility of the Great Outdoors with no effort and in sublime comfort.

With the Cullinan, the brand has also noticed a shift towards self-driving clients, where today, almost every Cullinan is driven by its owner (compared to a time where less than 70% were self-driven)

Furthermore, the introduction of the Cullinan has seen a rejuvenation of the brand as the average age of Rolls-Royce clients has dropped from 56yo in 2010 to 43yo today.

As far as we're concerned, the only other "crossover" vehicle in the market today currently capable of standing toe-to-toe with the Cullinan is the Ferrari Purosangue, and even then we see the duo as perfect bookends in a single garage, because they sit at opposite ends of the super-luxury segment – one high-performance, the other uber-plush.

"We are proud to debut Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II in Singapore. The Cullinan is one of our most popular models in Singapore as well as globally, and we are seeing younger and more diverse groups of clients asking for the marque's first super-luxury SUV model that beautifully aligns with their active lifestyles," said Irene Nikkein (pictured above), regional director Asia-Pacific, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

Renee Chua (pictured above), managing director Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Singapore added, "We are thrilled to be the first Southeast-Asian country to launch Cullinan Series II, and unveiling the new expression of our most-requested car model at our Singapore showroom , which will also be celebrating its first anniversary come December, bears great significance."

Local deliveries will start from Q1 2025.
