'Rosemary's Baby' remake to air in May

Viewers can tune in to NBC on May 11 and 15 to watch the new take on Ira Levin's classic psychological horror novel, a four-hour miniseries starring Zoe Saldana.

This new adaptation of "Rosemary's Baby" follows a young American bride who moves with her husband to Paris, settling into an old apartment with a dark past. After Rosemary becomes pregnant, a series of strange occurrences leads her to suspect she is at the center of a conspiracy. Is she paranoid, or is she right to be worried?

Zoe Saldana will headline the miniseries as Rosemary, who was portrayed by Mia Farrow in Roman Polanski's classic 1968 adaptation. Jason Isaacs, Patrick J. Adams and French actress Carole Bouquet share the screen with Saldana in this event miniseries directed by Agnieszka Holland ("Europa Europa," "The Wire," "Treme").

"Rosemary's Baby" will premiere on May 11 (Mother's Day) and conclude four days later, May 15, with a two-hour finale.
