Russia reserve fund spending in 2016 will be $33 billion: minister

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia expects to have spent 2.1 trillion roubles ($32.7 billion) this year from its reserve fund by the end of December, in line with forecasts, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Friday.
