Russian invaders attack Kharkiv Oblast, fire breaks out in Nova Poshta, elderly man injured

Russia struck the village of Borova in Izyum district of Kharkiv Oblast, causing three fires and injuring an elderly man, regional governor Oleh Synehubov reported on Telegram on May 27.

The attack ignited two residential buildings, injuring a 70-year-old man who was hospitalized with explosive wounds.

Ukraine's Internal Affairs Ministry clarified that both houses and multi-story residential buildings were damaged.

The fires affected an area of approximately 500 square meters, and firefighters have already extinguished the blazes.
