Armen Mnatsakanyan says he will prove everything with "deeds"

United Russia deputy Armen Mnatsakanyan called for killing citizens who do not support representatives of the ruling party in Russia's Pskov Oblast, according to a video posted on June 6.

In an attempt to ingratiate himself with Governor Mikhail Vedernikov and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin during a local assembly session, a deputy called for physical violence against those dissatisfied with their work.

"Today, sanctions are being imposed, and the enemies are sitting in our region looking for a reason to hurt us: they didn't clean this, they didn't clean that," Mnatsakanyan said.

"We live in a difficult time. And as Mykhailo Yuriyovych (the local governor) said, so do we and our president: 'We will only prove ourselves by our deeds.' And, excuse me for saying so, kill those who do not want to see or love us. This is the most important thing."
