Sarah, Duchess of York, is reportedly planning to launch her own lifestyle brand, Duchess Inc.

The company, which is still in the design stages, plans to sell everything from jewellery and homeware, to soaps, preserves and biscuits. While playing on her royal connections, the brand also aims to combine "glamour" with "compassion", according to the Mail Online, which has seen a powerpoint presentation detailing the duchess' plans.

The product ranges will be sold under three titles; Ginger & Moss, the "premium" label selling textiles, homeware and wallpaper, with expectations to be sold at Harrods and Selfridges; The Duchess Collection, the "accessible premium" range, comprising tea, chinaware, preserves, jewellery, candles and fragrances; and Fergie's Farm, a range of organic convenience foods, which she hopes to sell in supermarkets. Products will come in orange packaging featuring a logo of two winged horses rearing up.

The jewellery collection is expected to include £60 hooped earrings, £50 pendants, and £110 bangles branded with 'Love', 'Hope' and 'Faith', with plans to be sold via QVC.

"Like any mother, the Duchess of York is incredibly proud of her two daughters and keeps them close to her with a bracelet bearing their name," read the presentation. "The bracelet has inspired the duchess to create a range bearing the words faith, hope and love."

In the presentation, the ex-wife of Prince Andrew also described herself as "globally one of the most written about women" and a valuable brand "recognised across the world and loved across continents".

The Mail Online reports that Ferguson has already touted the idea to several potential backers with the hope of raising an initial £3 million.

The news comes following Meghan and Harry's decision to step back as senior royals and become financially independent. Their recent bid to trademark the 'Sussex Royal' brand has been challenged, reports the BBC.

Harry and Meghan's foundation applied to trademark the term - used widely on their website and social media - in June 2019, covering products such as clothing and stationery, as well as campaigning and charitable fundraising.
