Nuh (Haryana), Aug 29 (ANI): Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait on August 29 lambasted IAS officer (Karnal SDM Ayush Sinha) who in a viral video was seen ordering cops to hit protesting farmers on their heads if they try to cross barricades. “Yesterday, an officer ordered (policemen) to hit farmers on their heads. They call us Khalistani. If you would call us Khalistani and Pakistani, we would say 'Sarkari Talibani' has occupied the country. They are 'Sarkari Talibanis',” said BKU leader Rakesh Tikait. “The officers who speak about cracking farmers' heads should be posted in Naxal-affected areas. That IAS officer is commander of 'Sarkari Talibani',” Tikait added.
