Savills promotes George Tan to executive director of Savills Residential
Real estate services provider Savills Singapore has promoted George Tan to executive director of Savills Residential. Tan has been with Savills for 12 years, and was previously senior director of Savills Residential, which is the residential project marketing arm of Savills Singapore. “Under George’s leadership, Savills Residential has seen a steady growth in profit and portfolio despite challenging market conditions,” says Marcus Loo, managing director of Savills Singapore.
Savills Residential is marketing the upcoming launch of the 139-unit, freehold Amber 45 by Singapore-listed property company UOL Group, slated for 2Q2018. It is also marketing other projects such as the 124-unit New Futura at Leonie Hill Road, and the 400-unit Artra at Alexandra View.
