SINGAPORE — Budget carrier Scoot has launched sales of a new thrice weekly direct flight service to Jeju, South Korea, which will start from 15 June.

The low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines announced on Wednesday (18 May) that the approximately six-hour flight service will be operated by Scoot’s Airbus A321neo aircraft, and promotional fares are pegged from S$300 for one-way trips, inclusive of taxes.

Flight TR812 Singapore to Jeju will depart from Singapore at 1.35am and is expected to arrive at Jeju at 8.45am local time on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Return flight TR813 departs from Jeju at 9.45am and is expected to arrive in Singapore at 2.35pm on the same days.

The flight service will be Scoot’s second destination to South Korea. It currently already offers four-times weekly flights to Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

The Airbus A321neo aircraft is the newest aircraft type introduced to Scoot’s fleet in June last year. It is a single-aisle aircraft with 236 seats.
