Serene Lim reveals her real role in "Line Walker 3"

Serene Lim has been rumoured to play one of the leads in "Line Walker 3".

10 Aug – Malaysian actress Serene Lim has denied rumours that she will be playing one of the leads in the upcoming TVB series, "Line Walker 3".

As reported on HK01, the Miss Chinese International 2017 alumna, who confirmed her casting in the said project, previously revealed that she will play the role of a Chinese medical practitioner who is employed by a foot massage parlour.

Since Charmaine Sheh, the lead actress of the original series, played an owner of a foot massage parlour in the first season, many thought that this means that Serene will be playing an important character in the third series - especially since the former will not return to reprise her role this time.

The rumour was further fuelled by reports that she was chosen specifically by Raymond Lam himself, who is reprising his role in the said drama.

However, Serene had since denied the rumours, saying that she will not be one of the female leads. The actress also revealed that Sisley Choi will be joining the cast as well, sparking speculations that the latter will instead play an important role in the third series.

"It's inconvenient to share much, but I have already prepared for my role," she said.

Meanwhile, Raymond will be joined by original cast members Michael Miu and Benz Hui in the upcoming project. The drama is set to begin filming this month.
