Severe storm kills 21 in Bosnia-Herzegovina

A violent storm hit central and southern Bosnia-Herzegovina on Friday 4 October, causing flooding and landslides and killing at least 21 people.

Floodwaters inundated homes, particularly damaging the village of Dusine, near Fojnica. Several houses and roads were destroyed.

Residents are now seeking help and a new road to access the rest of the country.
