Singapore's Star Awards 2017 reveal nominees for most popular male and female artistes

Jayley Woo, Andie Chen and Felicia Chin are among the local celebrities nominated at this year’s 2017 Star Awards for the top 10 most popular male and female artistes.

The nominees for the most raved about category were revealed at the Open-Style Press Conference event at Marina Square Central Atrium on Friday (3 March).

This time around, the nomination is open to 48 nominees (24 female and 24 male) compared to the 40 nominees of previous years.

The most popular event in the local entertainment scene, the Star Awards recognise the achievements of talents in Singapore’s television industry. The award show will be taking place at the MES Theatre at Mediacorp on 16 April.
