Sofia Vergara Just Revealed a Massive New Leg Tattoo Wearing a High-Slit Skirt
It wouldn't be the only ink that lives on her body.
Sofia Vergara is living proof that it's always fun to take a risk, especially when it comes to beauty.
The Modern Family actress took to Instagram on November 26 to share a pair of sultry photos from her vacation back home in her native Colombia. In the images, the actress wore a flirty two-piece set, perfect for the tropical weather, that consisted of an off-the-shoulder crop top in light blue with an orange tropical leaf print and a matching flowy high waisted skirt with massive leg slits on both sides.
In the snaps, Vergara lay back in a cozy cabana bed, exposing her legs. In the first photo of the set, Vergara's leggy display didn't reveal anything out of the ordinary. The second image in the carousel set, however, revealed what appears to be a black tattoo that swirled around the kneecap of her right leg.
The 52-year-old did not reveal if the ink is real, temporary, or Photoshop, however the tattoo didn't make an appearance in any of Vergara's other vacation photos. It's worth nothing that she has exclusively worn long dresses in the images posted online.
Vergara already has some ink and even had to recycle one of her tats after a breakup. Vegara has a "J" tattooed on her wrist for ex Joe Manganiello, and joked during an appearance on The Talk that it happened to be the same initial of the guy she is seeing Dr. Justin Saliman. Sofia also revealed she has an "R" initial in honor of her late brother Rafael.
Vergara clearly isn't afraid of injectables or needles for the sake of beauty. She also recently opened up about her willingness to get cosmetic work done to her face and body if she needs to. So far, Botox has been her product of choice. "I've been doing Botox for a long time in my neck, [around] my eyes," she told Allure in May, adding, "I don't believe in filler. I feel filler does good when you're really young and you want a little bit more cheeks or to plump your lips a little bit. At my age—51—I feel it's not going to make you look younger. It is going to make you look more done."
The actress also explained that people should feel empowered to do whatever makes them feel best in their skin. "I feel like you have to take advantage of everything that is out there," she said. "I mean, if you care about aging. Nothing wrong if you don't care about it. It's not the end of the world. But if you do, now there's so much stuff out there."
