CAPE TOWN (Reuters) - South Africa's struggling state-owned airline SAA[SAA.UL] has revised its 2014/15 losses to 5.6 billion rand ($403 million) from 4.7 billion rand previously, documents to parliament showed on Tuesday. The airline, technically insolvent, has already received state guarantees of almost 20 billion and has been singled out by rating agencies as one of the threats to South Africa's investment grade rating.
