South Africa's June credit growth quickens to 7.3 pct year/year

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Growth in private sector credit demand in South Africa accelerated to 7.3 percent year-on-year in June from 6.6 percent in May, central bank data showed on Friday. Expansion in the broadly defined M3 measure of money supply was slower at 5.88 percent year-on-year in June, from a revised 6.41 percent in May.
