South Korean actress Go Soo Jung died of an illness earlier this month, her agency Story J Company has revealed.

The 24-year-old actress made her debut in the popular K-drama series Goblin in 2016. She also starred in Solomon’s Perjury and the music video for BTS’s song, With Seoul.

Story J Company said on Wednesday (12 February) that Go passed away recently and a private funeral procession was held on Sunday with her family present.

The agency said in its statement, “We will forever remember actress Go Soo Jung, whose bright smile shined upon the world. Rest in peace.”

No further details were released about Go’s illness but perhaps her family wants their space to grieve.
