Southampton host Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side have continued in a positive vein of form since the restart, defeating strugglers Norwich and Watford to climb within reach of the top half of the table.

Pep Guardiola’s side have also returned in terrific style, thrashing newly crowned champions Liverpool after victories over Arsenal, Burnley and Newcastle. That streak was interrupted, though, by an off-colour performance against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge that deposed their reign as champions.

The club are also still waiting nervously on the result of their appeal against a two-year Champions League ban, with their spot in this season’s top four secured.
