Special Golden Globes ceremony honors Ennio Morricone

A special Golden Globes ceremony will take place on January 30 in Rome to honor legendary Italian composer Ennio Morricone.

Lorezno Soria, President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association will personally present Morricone with the 2016 Golden Globe for Best Original Score for Quentin Tarantino's film "The Hateful Eight". This will be Morricone's third Golden Globe after "The Legend of 1900" and "The Mission".

Earlier this month at the Golden Globes in Beverly Hills Quentin Tarantino accepted the award for Morricone who could not attend.

The ceremony will be held at Bulgari DOMVS in Rome.
