"Star Wars"celebration

2 May – As the annual international "Star Wars" day 'May The Fourth' derived from the franchise's most popular one-liner; "May the Force be with you" looms ahead this 4 of May 2012, Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club is hosting a special event for fans to relish in all things "Star Wars" and more!

Located at a residential area near Amcorp Mall in Petaling Jaya as part of its annual celebration, SWMFC will be organising a charity garage sale this Saturday 5 May, where not only a vast array of movie merchandise, but also a host of various items are expected to be on sale.

To heighten the festivities apart from the trade, there is also a party with various food, a cake cutting ceremony, a lucky draw and more fun activities which are welcoming to the general public.

Commencing from 11am to 7pm, the charity sales will benefit donations to feed the homeless as well as selected orphanage homes. The address of the said event is, No.24, Jalan Bukit 11/2, Seksyen 11, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Officially registered with the Registrar of Societies of Malaysia, Star Wars Malaysia Fan Club is run by fans of the franchise for fellow fans with all its related indicias authorised with permission.
