BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) _ T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $390 million.
On a per-share basis, the Bellevue, Washington-based company said it had profit of 45 cents.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 16 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 29 cents per share.
The wireless carrier posted revenue of $10.18 billion in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Fifteen analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $9.84 billion.
For the year, the company reported profit of $1.46 billion, or $1.69 per share. Revenue was reported as $37.24 billion.
T-Mobile shares have climbed roughly 6 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 79 percent in the last 12 months.
