The Lautner’s decided to match from head-to-toe for their charitable date night and they nailed it.
Tay Lautner paired a sleek looking, black Jeffrey Campbell Formation Pointed Toe pump for the 3rd Annual Cameron Boyce Foundation’s Cam For A Cause Gala at The Beehive in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 2. The leather shoe has a slender, flared heel shape, synthetic lining/synthetic sole and a stiletto measuring approximately 3.5-inches. It also has a platform measuring approximately .25-inches.
Mrs. Lautner opted for a little black dress that hit right above the ankles and had a boxed neckline with a ruffled textured shoulder. She wore her hair straight and styled neatly around her face as her husband posed in a black button down, black slack pants and black leather slip-on loafers posed on the purple carpet alongside her.
The duo later was seen alongside other stars like Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson and Nolan Gould. The Lautners were being honored with the Youth Empowerment Award at the evening’s festivities in memory of the ‘Twilight’ actor’s late friend Cameron Boyce, who died in 2019 from epilepsy at 20-years-old. The award aims at highlighting the activism of an extraordinary young person who is committed to making a difference as the foundation has become a leading organization for epilepsy awareness.
This isn’t the first time the Lautners have decided to check each other’s closets out before leaving the house, either. In February, Taylor decided to mirror Tay and posed in his wife’s stunning black dress from the NFL Honors Awards. They also chose all black ensembles for Selena Gomez’s Rare Impact Fund Benefit in 2023, sported similar looking white and navy sneakers while relaxing at home and got matching tattoos honoring their November 11, 2022 anniversary.
Tay chose a classic black high heel for the evening which also has a black sole. It pairs well with a dress or skirt for a black tie event and can also be dressed down with a pair of denim. The shoe is currently on sale for $123.71 and previously retailed for $164.95. It also comes in red.
