Temasek redeems US$1.2 billion guaranteed bond

Temasek Holdings announced on Jan 23 that it has redeemed its US$1.2 billion 2.375% Guaranteed Notes due 2023 (T2023-USD Temasek Bond).

The T2023-USD Temasek Bond was issued 10.5 years ago in July 2012 under Temasek’s US$10 billion Guaranteed Global Medium Term Note (MTN) Program, and guaranteed by Temasek.

Temasek’s US$10 billion Guaranteed Global MTN Program size was increased to US$15 billion in July 2013, then to US$20 billion in July 2018 and then to US$25 billion in September 2020. 
On its maturity date of January 23, 2023, the T2023-USD Temasek Bond was redeemed at par and cancelled.

With the redemption Temasek has 21 series of outstanding Temasek Bonds.
