Tesla Bull Turns Tail: "No Longer Investable"

Sep.11 -- Tesla's biggest bull, Nomura's Romit Shah, has turned tail saying the stock is "no longer investable." He's downgraded the company to neutral from a buy and lowered his price target to $300 from $400. Shares have slid 25% since Elon Musk's "funding secured" tweet in August.
