Thomson Airways to trial in-flight kid's corners
As suggested by the winner of its Name Our Plane competition, a children's area will be introduced to Thomson Airways aircraft.
Thomson Airways' new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner will be named Pixie Dust, according to the wishes of four-year-old competition entrant Amber Winters.
She also suggested that a children's area with comfy bean bags and a reading corner could make holiday flights better for children, an idea that UK-based charter airline Thomson says it will trial on Pixie Dust.
