PARIT: Police have picked up three male students for being in involved in beating and bullying of two form one students at the Mara Junior Science College (MRSM) here yesterday.
Central Perak police chief Supt Mohamad Zainal Abdullah said the incident caused the two students to sustain injuries on body and head and they were now treated at Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital (HRPB) in Ipoh.
He said in the incident at about 1pm on Monday, both victims were kicked and beaten on the head several times before the injured victims were in left for a few minutes in the television room of a hostel block in the college.
“A few minutes later, the suspects returned. The victims tried to scream but were gagged and the suspects later held the hands of the victims before punching them in the stomach,” he said in a statement here today.
He said after the incident, the victims were also warned by one of the bullies against revealing the matter.
“All suspects covered their faces and the incident took place in the dark to prevent the victims from recognising them.
“The victims however suspected the students who beat them were Form three students because the victims had reported to the school about senior students demanding money from them,” he said.
