1. Tampines



Based on our data, Tampines is the most popular neighbourhood from Jan to Aug 2018. This may be due to the launch of the latest downtown-line where it offers exceptional convenience to the city centre and Changi Airport. There are three shopping malls in Tampines in addition to Tampines HUB, an integrated community and lifestyle hub where the residents can enjoy sports and recreational activities.

2. Woodlands


The connecting bridge between Johor and Singapore.



Woodlands, was once a deserted neighbourhood where government created HDB jumbo-flats. They were created by knocking down the walls between adjacent 3- and 4- room HDB jumbo flat units in a one-off move by the Government to clear off unsold inventory in 1989.

Marked as one of the latest neighbourhood, Sengkang, has developed rapidly over the years. Today, it is home to many young couples and families and comes with many amenities.
