Tracee Ellis Ross, 47, Just Flaunted Her Toned Abs in Two New Bikini Instagram Pics

From Good Housekeeping

  • Tracee Ellis Ross, 47, just showed off her toned abs in two new bikini Instagram pics.

  • The High Note star stays fit by doing the Tracy Anderson Method at-home workouts.

  • She also created her own mini home gym with weights and resistance bands.

Tracee Ellis Ross has her own way of doing things that makes you want to admire the heck out of her and also try to become her BFF at the same time. Case in point: two new bikini pics she just posted on Instagram.

In the pics, The High Note star, 47, is lounging by a picnic table in a black bikini and a pair of high-top Nikes. “Pool party! Except I don’t have a pool. And I’m too scared to have a party 🤷🏾♀️😂 Siri play ‘Summertime’ by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince,” she wrote in the caption.

Tracee appears to just be hanging out in her backyard, and she looks ridiculously fit. Her fans definitely noticed her toned physique in the comments (how could you not?). “Goals!!!” one person wrote. “I meeeaan😻,” another said. And, you know, there were enough fire emoji to burn down your screen.

The Black-ish actress is apparently keeping it casual these days, but she’s made it clear in the past that she works hard to look that good. Tracee is really, really into doing the dance-based Tracy Anderson Method.

She’s even been doing Anderson’s workouts at home lately—a fact that she’s shared on Instagram. “I did my best, did a lot of giggling and talking to myself and made some variations as best I could on the moves I couldn’t do (being extra careful),” she wrote at the time.

Tracee also told InStyle in 2018 that she makes exercise a priority. Namely, she tries to work up a sweat three to four times a week, and she gets up early to make sure she can get her workouts in. Oh! And she doesn’t skip workouts—she’s even posted on Instagram about working out through jet lag.

Lately, she’s been sharing videos of her at-home workouts, and she’s not messing around. She does weights, resistance bands…you name it. “Makin this sh*t work,” she hilariously captioned a recent one.

Get it, Tracee!
